Held in a queue number 1 for 57 mins before the phone was answered by a person. I then had to wait 3 weeks for a blood test at the surgery, just not good enough. Now, still no further on but still in pain! Is anyone interested?.

Most of my results came back clear but what is going to happen about the results that were "out of range"? So now what? See above comment.

I have had nothing but great interactions with Flansham Park. Good availability of appointments compared to other surgeries. Thorough clinicians and friendly receptionists.

Was able to get an appointment with the paramedic, but I did have to book in by going to the surgery

All was good
